game over now occurs when the player misses a predefined number of shots (items move off screen)
base points are awarded by junk size category: large = 1, small = 2
added an aiming reticle
improved hit detection on junk objects
added animation effects to trees and the house
added an ambient sound effect track
improved existing sound effects
added some new sound effects
added game over prompt and the ability to restart the game
added a ready prompt before the game begins
